If you are interested in hosting an event in a common space or your rental unit a proposal must be submitted to BAC management for approval at least 30 days before the date. Certain dates may not be available.

• Events in studios or office spaces with more than 10 guests also require approval from the BAC management. 
• Tenants hosting unapproved events are subject to lease termination.

Security Deposit will be required for all special events. Some events may require a non refundable fee for staffing, clean up, etc
