If you are interested in hosting an event in a common space or your rental unit a proposal must be submitted to BAC management for approval at least 30 days before the date. Certain dates may not be available.
Events in studios or office spaces with more than 10 guests also require approval from the BAC management.Â
Tenants hosting unapproved events are subject to lease termination.

Security Deposit will be required for all special events. Some events may require a non refundable fee for staffing, clean up, etc
